President Leonard Vassell is a purpose-driven leader, service-disabled military veteran, government-trained logistical specialist and accomplished problem-solver with a high-security clearance. He has been involved with the military for nearly twenty years and proudly served as a Transportation Specialist in the Army for eight years and later as a civilian contractor. Leonard founded Lenco Technologies LLC in 2017 after finding an untapped need in the local market for streamlined operations, transportation, logistics, IT and computer network setup, upgrades or integration.
Giving back is at the heart of how Leonard spends his personal and professional time. When he is not over-delivering on projects, he is volunteering for a variety of causes that support the military, homeless, elderly and others who are underserved in the community, lending spiritual support to those in need or spending time with his beloved daughter.
